On December 1 in Arlington, Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project reported that fraudulent ballots were delivered across different states. The report sheds light on the statements of a United States Postal Service contract truck driver and other whistleblowers.
Phillip Kline, the director of the Amistad Project and the former attorney general of Kansas, stated that three whistleblowers will provide evidence on the fraudulent acts made by election officials and UPS employees.
Delivery of Ballots to Pennsylvania
Jesse Morgan, a contract truck driver for the UPS, shared how he transported completed ballots from New York to Pennsylvania on October 21. There are 130,000 to 280,000 ballots scheduled for delivery from Bethpage in Long Island to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
He claimed that there are 24 ballot containers loaded in his trailer. The containers have plastic trays that contain stacked ballots. The envelopes were of the same size and showed return addresses.
After delivering the Ballots to Lancaster, he drove to Harrisburg as per instructions. He dropped off the trailer that contains the ballots, but when he returned to the trailer it was gone. It took him several hours to stay in Harrisburg before he was allowed to leave.
Afterwards, he didn’t receive a payment slip from his supervisor that will cover his working and overtime hours. Morgan finds this action to veer away from the usual procedures.
We have three whistleblowers who will reveal substantial evidence of unlawful actions made by election officials; and widespread illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the outcome of the election.— Phillip Kline (@PhillDKline) December 1, 2020

Questionable Ballots Collected
In an interview with Grant Stinchfield, Kline stated that there are “tens of thousands of Republican ballots that were not counted”. He mentioned that there are hundreds of thousands of Republicans didn’t request for a ballot, but it showed up that they were misrepresented by people who voted as absentees.
There are people identified whose votes reflected in the key swing states, yet they voted in other states. In Pennsylvania alone, Biden supposedly took the lead by 81,000 votes.
Kline explained that the whistleblower’s affidavits will be used as evidence. This is to ensure election integrity and to uphold election laws in battleground states like Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Amistad Society used the data released by the government to compare results with actual voters. The FBI is now investigating the matter by using this critical information.
Sworn affidavits collected by the Amistad Project show the numbers of ballots issued in these states:
- Michigan – 548,000 ballots
- Arizona – 300,000 ballots
- Georgia – 204,000 ballots
- Pennsylvania – 121,000
Biased Media Reporting
What’s interesting is the limited media coverage on the multiple lawsuits filed by the Amistad Project in battleground states such as Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
On the contrary, Attorney General William Barr’s statements on the absence of election fraud were shared by the mainstream media and Democrats.
The Trump legal team pointed out that Barr and his Justice Department failed to investigate the evidence presented in battleground states. Absentee and mail-in voting in states like Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia enabled Joe Biden to surpass the votes for President Trump.
Kline reiterated that the Democrats were “sidestepping the law and accepting ballots they should not have accepted”.
If the Amistad Project’s findings are proven in the courts, then it will be a clear case that election fraud indeed happened during the 2020 presidential elections.
