Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky stated that the courts have disregarded the facts that show fraud occurred during the 2020 presidential elections.

Rand stated during a Senate hearing on election integrity, “The courts never looked at the facts. The courts don’t like elections, and they stayed out of it by finding an excuse.”

He explained that the courts rejected lawsuits that were filed by the Trump legal team as well as lawsuits concerning election fraud.

US Solicitor General Ken Starr also shared that the “vast majority” of allegations of voter fraud were disregarded by judges. Instead of acknowledging merit, the reasons raised for tossing these lawsuits aside are procedural grounds.

He further explained that the election officials in Pennsylvania “flagrantly violated” the Constitution of the state even before the last day of elections.

Videos circulating on social media prove the illegal practices that were conducted during the elections.

As a senator and physician, Paul added that “there is a lot of work to be done.” “The legal question there is a very easy one to decide. Even as a physician, I can figure out that the secretary of state cannot create law.”

“The fraud happened. The election in many ways was stolen and the only way it will be fixed is by in the future reinforcing the laws,”

Paul blasted Chris Krebs, the election cybersecurity chief who was recently fired.

“To say it was the safest election, sure I agree with your statement if you are referring to foreign intervention, but if you are saying it’s the safest election based on no dead people voted … no people broke the absentee rules, I think that is false and I think that’s what’s upset a lot of people on our side is that they are taking your statement to mean there, oh there were no problems in the election, I don’t think you examined any of the problems we heard here, so really you are just referring to something differently the way I look at it.”

Krebs stated that there was no foreign interference during the elections and that the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) cybersecurity bureau assures that the 2020 presidential election is the safest in the history of the US.

Apart from Krebs, a handful of secretaries of state insists on the absence of voter fraud despite the looming number of sworn affidavits filed by honest US citizens who are willing to face backlash just to uphold election integrity.
